Policies

Booking

By phone or text by appointment only, and not walk in.

Cancellation

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrival for Appointment

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

Gratuity

We accept at least 10% gratuity.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate, sexual harassment or disruptive to our treatment atmosphere. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

Prices

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gift certificate

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities. Promotional or discounted gift cards cannot be used towards packages or other specials.

Service Animals and Pets

Does not allow pets of any kind into the building.

Children

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 16 or older to receive services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 18. Children under 16 may not receive services. Children under 16 who are not receiving services may not be in place, waiting areas or service areas at any time. Anyone under 16 years old may not be permitted in the area.

Food/Beverages

Please be advised that not alcohol beverages brought to the area.

Accessibility

Cannot accommodate wheelchairs. A handicap-accessible ramp and lower-level service rooms are not available. Handicap- accessible restrooms are not available.

Service techs or staffs are not allowed to lift people onto tables or chairs. If such assistance is required, please bring a personal care attendant.

Payment/Deposits

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Mask required

Face coverings must still be worn where required by federal law.

Still require individuals to wear a face covering. Individuals should wear masks according to community transmission level per CDC guidance. Mask use is encouraged according to CDC guidelines. Both client and therapy is mask required.

COVID-19 Vaccinated

Fully vaccinated individuals are recommended. If cannot vaccinated, should approved negative reason test from clinic or Walgreen within 24 hours.

Cleaning and disinfecting

Use alcohol higher70%, hydrogen peroxide for table, every object and surface every time of session each.

Break for at least 30 minutes each session.

Use air purifier in treatment room. Vacuum the space if needed. Use a vacuum equipped with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter and bags.

Laundry sheets with hot water, detergent and bleach.

Sick time

Call to cancel or reschedule appointment before 24 hours if you sick.

We are not accept sick or fever person for any services.

Should be complete recover at least 24 hours.
